Standard Service Flow

  • Pre-check (T-45): Audio levels, camera framing, lighting, network speed test.
  • Run of show: Order of service, lower-thirds cues, scripture/lyrics timing.
  • Go-live (T-5): Start YouTube stream, monitor health, confirm audio meters.
  • During service: Watch mix, scene changes, record locally as backup.
  • Post: Archive upload, trim start/end for final edit.
